CLEANER 414-A-LT-NB
Cleaner 414-A-LT-NB is a liquid, non-silicated, caustic free, alkaline spray washer cleaner for use at 100º to140ºF. It incorporates a unique blend of biodegradable surfactants that are effective in removing various soils. It has been formulated with water softeners to provide a completely rinsed surface with minimum scale and sludge build-up in the bath.

CLEANER 418-C
Cleaner 418-C is an all-metal safe cleaner formulated for use on aluminum and galvanized, as well as, copper and ferrous metals. It incorporates a unique blend of biodegradable surfactants that are effective in removing heavy soils. It has been formulated with water softeners and sequestrates, to provide a completely rinsed surface with minimal scale and sludge build-up in the bath. A high tolerance for soil load provides longer tank life and less frequent dumping.

It incorporates a unique blend of surfactants that are stable in a high caustic media and thus maintain cleaning effectiveness. Removal of heavy soils is quickly accomplished due to highly active penetrating agents and sequestrates. A high tolerance for contamination provides for sustained cleaning power and longer tank life.

CLEANER 439-C
Cleaner 439-C is a heavy-duty liquid spray washer cleaner formulated for use in spray washer operations. It incorporates a unique blend of surfactants that are stable in a high caustic media and thus maintain their cleaning effectiveness. Removal of heavy soils is quickly accomplished due to highly active penetrating agents and sequestrates. A high tolerance for contamination provides for sustained cleaning power and longer tank life.

CLEANER RC-4-NFP
Cleaner RC-4-NFP is a multi-purpose liquid cleaner and degreaser for use on light to medium soil loads and you need in process short-term corrosion protection. It is formulated with an excellent wetting system and a solvent blend that rapidly remove various soils in both soft and hard water. Unlike D-limonene and petroleum type products, it has no flash point.

DEFOAMER H
Defoamer H is a highly effective, non-silicone containing liquid defoamer that is used in the control of foaming problems. Applications include industrial spray washers and water paint booths.

METAL CONDITIONER 73-AB
Metal Conditioner 73-AB is a new generation blends of acids and detergents that effectively brightens aluminum trailers, trailer decks, and aluminum prefabricated parts. It is an effective alternative to Hydrofluoric acid aluminum brighteners.

METAL CONDITIONER LS
Metal Conditioner LS is a liquid phosphoric acid based product that incorporates a blend of surfactants that provide cleaning of the metal surface for the removal of laser scale and rust. Cleaning is rapid so that removal is accomplished quickly.

PAINT LOK 550
A liquid iron phosphate product specially formulated for use in a three or five stage washer. It contains a blend of highly effective biodegradable surfactants that will effectively remove soils, oils and other contaminants, while simultaneously depositing a high quality iron phosphate coating on steel. Paint Lok 550 contains an ingredient that keeps sludge and scale build-up to a minimum. This greatly reduces the scale build-up on the inside and outside of the risers and washer interior. This enables you to operate over an extended period of time, without purging or descaling your washer. The nozzles stay cleaner longer and require less attention than with most conventional iron phosphate products.

PAINT LOK 595
Paint Lok 595 is a liquid iron phosphate product specifically formulated for use in a five-stage spray washer. Paint Lok 595 contains an ingredient that keeps sludge and scales from building up on the inside and outside of the risers and interior of washer. This enables you to operate over an extended period of time, without purging or descaling your washer. PAINT LOK 700
Paint Lok 700 is a non-phosphated conversion coating which provides corrosion resistance and excellent paint adhesion. It is used in place of iron phosphate products and in some cases zinc phosphate products. It can be run at ambient temperatures, resulting in energy savings and it produces less sludge than a conventional iron phosphate product, resulting in reduced maintenance costs. It also contains a low temperature surfactant that aids in the cleaning process with very little foam buildup.
It is extremely important that parts be as clean as possible before entering the Paint Lok 700 stage, in order that the optimum coating is formed. It can work in as little as 30 seconds, although 45-60 seconds is recommended. The resulting coating can range in color from: light gray -blue to light brown.
The concentration and pH of Paint Lok 700 must be maintained in its operating range for optimum results

PAINT LOK STEAM
Paint Lok Steam is a liquid iron phosphate product specifically formulated for a steam cleaning-phosphatizing system. It possesses a blend of biodegradable surfactants that will quickly and completely remove contaminants from iron and steel while simultaneously depositing a quality iron phosphate coating. Paint Lok Steam is a complete one-package system. It requires no pH adjustment or other additives. The control factors built into Paint Lok Steam are essential in eliminating or controlling flash rust. Paint Lok Steam can be adapted to any steam cleaning-phosphatizing system. It is a trouble free iron phosphate product that produces no detrimental effects upon steam phosphatizing equipment. It can be automatically metered into the steamphosphatizing unit, which results in consistent quality and low chemical cost.

PAINT LOK MW STEAM PLUS
Paint Lok MW Steam Plus is a liquid cleaner/iron phosphatizing compound designed specifically for wand washing systems. It produces a paint-bonding iron phosphate conversion coating on steel and a paint-bonding surface on non-ferrous metals when used through pressure washing equipment.

PHOS SEAL Z-100
Phos Seal Z-100 is a liquid, non-chromated, acidic final rinse for use after iron or zinc phosphating. Its use will help remove un-reacted phosphate salts, give additional corrosion protection, and leave the finished surface highly receptive to paint. Phos Seal Z-100 can be used in three or five stage phosphate lines but should not be used in the rinse directly following the phosphate stage.

RINSE 22
Rinse 22 is a liquid phosphate coating sealer that deposits an inorganic film on the substrate to prevent rusting prior to painting. Rinse 22 can be used where chromic acid and/or nitrite base sealers are prohibited.

SM 120
Is a petroleum based rust preventative that incorporates a unique blend of inhibitors and water displacing agents that provide long-term indoor protection.

CT 9000 METAL PICKLING
Is recommended for use in CIP systems and on stainless steel processing equipment such as, tanks, tanker trucks, mixers, blanchers, evaporators and continuous pasteurizers. This formula is hard water tolerant and is free rinsing.

CT 5641 PARTS DEGREASER
An industrial strength alkaline formulation designed to handle industrial concerns with extreme penetrating properties to cut through tough buildup and reduce manual labor. This product will liquefy residues that resist ordinary cleaners.
